Terms & Conditions

1. Project Initiation & Payment

Outshub will not begin any project until 50% of the total quotation amount has been paid in advance.
The client must also review, approve, and sign the official quotation or agreement sent by Outshub before work commences.
Payment and signature confirmation indicate full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Revisions Policy

Each quotation includes up to two (2) revisions as part of the agreed scope.

  • Any additional revision beyond the included two will be charged $50 per revision.

  • Revisions are capped at a maximum of three (3) total revisions.

  • If further changes are required beyond this limit, a new quotation will be issued.

3. Brief & Project Scope

Outshub will provide the client with a project brief form prior to starting the work.
The client is required to fully complete and submit the brief to ensure clarity, efficiency, and alignment for both parties.

Outshub commits to executing the project strictly based on the approved brief.
Any request that goes beyond or differs from the agreed brief, scope, or elements will be considered a revision and handled according to the revisions policy.

4. Scope Changes

Requests that introduce new concepts, directions, deliverables, or elements not originally stated in the brief or quotation are considered scope changes and may require:

  • Additional revision fees, or

  • A new quotation, depending on the extent of the change.

5. Working Days

Outshub’s official working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All timelines, feedback cycles, and deliveries are calculated based on these working days.

6. Client Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment and signing the quotation, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms outlined above.
