Refund Policy

At Outshub, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the custom nature of our work, the following policy applies:

All projects require a 50% advance payment before any work begins. This payment secures project time, resources, and creative development.

Once the project has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.

If a client decides not to continue after reviewing the first batch of work, they are free to withdraw from the project with no obligation to pay the remaining balance. However, the initial 50% advance payment will not be refunded.

No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work, and all remaining balances become due only if the client chooses to continue the project beyond the initial stage.

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
